At this meeting there will be reports covering the previous year (September 2023 to August 2024) from the Chair and the Treasurer. This will be followed by elections for committee posts. It is important that there is a quorum for the meeting so please do come along. The agenda and other documents will be sent out to members prior to the meeting.

We are always looking for additional committee members. If you are interested please talk to any of the current committee.

After the formal business of the AGM, entertainment will be provided by the Playreading Group and refreshments will be served.
