In 2025 our challenge for the year was inspired by Album quilts. Each month we made a block with a different design to fit with the theme we had chosen for our own quilt. All the blocks in a quilt may use the same technique or the quilt may contain blocks using a variety of different techniques.

The themes we chose included nature, garden flowers, the seaside and fields.

In 2024 we set ourselves monthly texture-based challenges. We started with a woven block and then moved on to suffolk puffs and cathedral windows before trying pleating, slashing and adding embellishments.
