I’m sure most of us do online shopping these days. If so, as part of that, you will have gone to a website, clicked on some icons or links while looking for what you want, then filled in a form with your name and address.

Guess what: that’s most of what I do as Treasurer. But it’s easier for me (and my successor) as I’ve written a manual detailing exactly what website to go to, what icon or link to click on and what details to enter where.

I’ve been Treasurer now for five years so, in accordance with our constitution, I have to stand down at the AGM in November. That means that we are on the hunt for my replacement. This is now getting very urgent as November isn't far away.
